Growing with Cockburn Community Survey – Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Growing with Cockburn Community Survey Competition which has been issued by Perron Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 48 000 003 976), 4 Plain Street, East Perth WA 6004.

  2. The promotion starts at 9am on Saturday 15th December 2018 and concludes at 5pm on Thursday 28th February 2019.

  3. The winner will be notified by phone on Friday 1st March 2019.

  4. The prize pool is made up of 5 x $100 Cockburn Gateway Shopping City Gift Cards. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City Gift Cards can be redeemed from all Cockburn Gateway Shopping City stores. Please note some retailers may elect not to accept the gift card at their discretion. Winners will be provided with one $100 voucher each (so a total of five winners will be announced).

  5. To enter the competition, customers must complete the Community Survey housed on the growingwithcockburn.com.au site. The five winners will be selected at random, from those who have completed the survey.

  6. Prizes won can only be taken as per the prize description and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

  7. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have an understanding of terms and conditions. The winning individual must adhere to the terms and conditions and tick the appropriate box that they have read and understand the terms and conditions before completing the survey.

  8. All winners must be 18 years of age or older.

  9. Personal details will be used for reference purposes only and will not be kept, stored or given to a third party.

  10. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City may, subject to State regulations, terminate this promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person.

  11. The Centre Manager’s decision will be final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.

  12. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize up to the equal value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
